Quentin has helped us to develop our Production Team Leaders through working with them to identify their needs and writing and delivering various training interventions. He has followed this up with on job practice and assessment and our Team Leaders have really responded which is now paying dividends in terms of staff motivation and output.

Quentin’s help in a number of our care homes was instrumental in reducing the potentially negative impact and significant cost of temporary agency Nurses and Carers. As a consequence of his interventions we have now set up our own in-house HR field team. I would thoroughly recommend his no nonsense, sleeves rolled up approach.

Recently we were struggling to find the best way to attract new recruits and needed to make better hiring decisions. Quentin identified some new areas to target and an on line partners which raised our profile and resulted in significantly increasing the number and quality of applicants
